1. Are all your lamps truly unique?
Yes. Each lamp is hand-thrown and individually glazed. The natural reactions inside the kiln mean variations in color, texture, and pattern are inherent to our process. No two pieces are identical.
2. What is your lead time for shipping?
Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for crafting and firing before shipping. You will receive a detailed timeline at checkout.
3. What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on color or texture variation from website photos. We accept returns only for items damaged in transit, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Please see our full Shipping & Returns policy for details.
4. How do I care for my ceramic lamp?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water, chemicals, or abrasive cleaners on the glazed ceramic surface. For fabric shades, occasional gentle vacuuming with a brush attachment is recommended.
5. Can I use a smart bulb or dimmer with your lamps?
Yes, absolutely. Our lamps use standard E26/E27 sockets and are compatible with most LED, dimmable, and smart bulbs. We recommend using LEDs for lower heat output.
6. Do the lamps come with a shade and bulb?
All our table lamps are sold as a complete set, including a carefully paired fabric or paper shade. Bulbs are not included, allowing you to choose your preferred brightness and color temperature.
7. How are the lamps packaged for shipping?
Each lamp is meticulously wrapped in multiple layers of protective foam, placed in a custom-fitted box, and then secured within an outer shipping carton. We take great care to ensure your piece arrives safely.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
